Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bytnt (the "Platform"), operated to connect customers with independent beauty salons ("Partner Salons") for the purpose of discovering and booking appointments. By creating an account or using Bytnt, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Bytnt is — and isn't
Bytnt is a booking marketplace. We provide the technology that lets Partner Salons publish their services, availability and pricing, and lets customers book appointments directly with those salons. Bytnt is not the salon itself: each Partner Salon is an independent business responsible for the services it provides, its pricing, and its own cancellation policy.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Accounts may not be shared, sold, or used for fraudulent bookings.
3. Bookings, cancellations & no-shows
When you book an appointment through Bytnt, you enter into a direct arrangement with the Partner Salon. Each salon sets its own cancellation window and no-show policy, shown on the booking confirmation. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on your ability to book through the Platform.
4. For Partner Salons
Salons that list their business on Bytnt agree to keep their services, pricing and availability accurate and up to date, to honor bookings made through the Platform, and to comply with all applicable local laws and licensing requirements for the services they provide.
5. Reviews & content
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the salon. We reserve the right to remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violates these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
Bytnt is not liable for the quality of services provided by Partner Salons, disputes between customers and salons, or losses arising from a salon's failure to honor a booking, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bytnt after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
